At Gogogodo, we understand that customers may need to change or cancel an order after it has been placed. To help keep the process clear, please review our Order Cancellation Policy below before submitting a cancellation or order change request.
This Order Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through the Gogogodo online store.
1. Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Whether an order can be canceled depends on its processing status at the time we receive your request.
2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we may not be able to cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided that the item meets the applicable return eligibility requirements.
3. How to Request an Order Cancellation

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved and payment has already been completed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds for approved canceled orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
For payment security and fraud-prevention purposes, refunds are generally issued only to the original payment method used for the order. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or third-party payment method.

6. Product, Size, Color, or Quantity Changes
If you need to change the product, size, color, or quantity in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders may begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that product changes can be completed.
If the order has already entered processing or shipment, you may need to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order for the desired item.
7. No Guarantee of Cancellation or Changes
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with order cancellation or change requests, but we cannot guarantee that every request can be completed.
An order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes if:
